At LA-LU, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your fashion items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
